Patsy A. Sperduto, President & CEO
After an almost a decade as an executive at a publicly traded waste collection company it was time to create a “customer service focused organization.”  In 2006 Waste Haulers was created and started with 3 trucks and 4 employees. 40 trucks and 8000 customers later, Pat Sperduto’s vision of a customer service focused organization was continuing its astonishing growth.

M. Butch Jenks, General Manager of Waste Haulers has over 45 years of experience in waste collection and recycling. Today that experience is put to great use to educate a young group of managers.

Angelo Calcagni, Director of Operations as the former General Manager of We Dispose Mr. Calcagni successfully acquired and merged many smaller waste collection providers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Michael Semonian, Director of Sales As the dynamic motivator of Waste Haulers sales team Mike uses his 8 years of Industry sales experience to establish long term partnerships with our customer and prospects.

Bill Ellison, Director of Customer Relations with the “Customer First” approach Bill guides our customer service department and Customer Account Mangers.

Jim Dias, Rose Hill Operations Manager with the task of serving an entire community of 10,000 Jim maintains a “green focus” while operating the Rose Hill Transfer station.

Gil Mendoza, Site Manager RI managing over 30 collection routes and a state of the art truck maintenance facility is the responsibility of a Waste Haulers home grown manager.
